1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bet bat and its users. By accessing the bet bat platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

bet bat is an online betting and casino platform that offers Bangladeshi users sports betting, live casino, slots and fishing games. These Terms are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi users.

These Terms apply to all bet bat products and services, including the website, mobile app (Android and iOS) and any other digital channels.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bet bat, users must register with accurate and complete information. Each person may only create one account. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited.

• The name, address, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be correct.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Any unauthorised use of the account or security breach must be reported to bet bat immediately.
• An account may not be operated on behalf of or as a representative of another person.

2.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bet bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, particularly if a user breaches these Terms or is involved in fraudulent activity.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All bet bat services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Registration or use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited.

As part of identity confirmation, bet bat may at any time request a user's national identity card, passport or other government-issued identity document. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Users must submit the documents requested for verification within the specified time.
• If any submitted information or document is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed.
• Completed account verification is required in order to receive the birthday gift bonus.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on bet bat via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. When making a deposit, users must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name.

• Deposits from a third party's mobile banking account are not permitted.
• Select the correct deposit amount and method — providing incorrect details may cause the transaction to fail.
• bet bat does not charge any processing fee on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, bet bat reserves the right to review the withdrawal process.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bet bat offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly bet bat Festival: 50% bonus on any deposit every week, up to a maximum of ৳10,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• Friday Special: 40% bonus on one deposit every Friday, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• Cricket Season Offer: 30% bonus on deposits in the Sports section, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15 times.
• Birthday Gift: Verified account members will receive up to ৳2,000 as a reward on their birthday each year, wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend Reward: After each successful referral, when the friend makes their first deposit, a reward of up to ৳3,000 will be added to your account automatically, wagering 12 times.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

If a user misuses the bonus system or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, bet bat reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and associated winnings.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bet bat reserves the right to cancel those bets.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the original stake for bets on that event will be returned.
• In sports betting, wins and losses will be determined only after the official result is announced.
• If one selection in a multi-bet becomes void, that bet will be recalculated with the remaining selections.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

The results of all casino games and slots are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP information shown for each game represents the highest possible value; it is not a fixed or guaranteed return.

6.3 System Errors

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical problem, bet bat will settle transactions according to its recorded logs. bet bat reserves the right to correct any incorrect payouts or balances caused by technical errors.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet bat platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Taking part in match fixing, spot fixing or any fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions in an irregular manner or abusing the system.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to bet bat's systems or network.
• Creating or managing an account using a false identity or false information.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
